1. General Conditions
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence (Australia). You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Products and Services
Warranty: The Grotto Base comes with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Universal Fit Disclaimer: We have provided a Fit List and Dimensions page to help verify compatibility. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to confirm their vehicle meets the necessary dimensions before purchase. We are not liable for fitment issues in unverified vehicles.

5. Vehicle Interior & Load Distribution Disclaimer:
When rear seats are folded flat, some vehicles contain thin internal seatback panels that are not designed to support concentrated vertical loads. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that platform legs are positioned on reinforced or load-bearing surfaces and that appropriate load-spreading protection (such as boards, pads, or similar materials) is used where necessary.
Grotto Adventure is not liable for damage to vehicle seats, interior panels, or structural components resulting from improper load distribution or vehicle-specific structural limitations.

6. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions.

7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
