As a newly launched Australian business, we are committed to providing a reliable service while keeping your costs low. At this time, we offer two convenient options for receiving your Grotto Base: Australia-Wide Shipping or Customer Pickup.

 

1. Australia-Wide Shipping (FedEx / TNT Freight)

We now offer shipping Australia-wide through FedEx (TNT).

Because the Grotto Base is a bulky item, shipping costs vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

At checkout, you will be able to choose between:

A) Depot Pickup (Recommended)

This option allows your order to be shipped to your nearest FedEx (TNT) depot, where you can collect it at a time that suits you.

• Usually the most cost-effective option
• Suitable for customers who can transport the product themselves

B) Home / Business Address Delivery

You may also choose delivery directly to your home or business address.

• Additional cost may apply depending on your location
• Delivery availability may vary for remote or regional areas

Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically dispatched within 15 business days, and delivery times will depend on your location and carrier schedules.

2. Customer Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order directly from our location in Mosman. This option is free for all customers.

Pickup Location: Mosman, NSW – Exact address will be provided upon confirmation.

Confirmation Email: DO NOT attempt to pick up your order until you have received a "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email. This email will include the full pickup address and available hours.

Processing Time: Orders are usually ready for pickup within 15 business days.
