Refund policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your Grotto Base. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
1.  Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2.  In its original packaging.
3.  Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
1.  Items showing signs of excessive use or wear.
2.  Items returned outside the 14-day window.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind: The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping. Given the product's oversized nature, return shipping can be costly. We recommend using tracking and insurance.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part: Grotto Adventure will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for collection of the item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product is faulty (not related to transit damage), please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.
