As a newly launched Australian business, we are committed to providing a reliable service while keeping your costs low. At this time, we offer two convenient options for receiving your Grotto Base: Local Delivery or Customer Pickup.

1. Local Delivery (Within Mosman Area)

We offer free, personal delivery for customers located within a 15 km radius of Mosman, NSW.

Eligibility: Your delivery address must be within 15 km of Mosman.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are typically made within 15 business days of your order. We will contact you directly via phone or email to schedule a specific delivery time that suits you.

Delivery Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your delivery slot is secured.

Outside 15km Radius: If your address falls outside this area, please select the "Customer Pickup" option at checkout. We are working hard to integrate a shipping solution soon.

2. Customer Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order directly from our location in Mosman. This option is free for all customers.

Pickup Location: Mosman, NSW – Exact address will be provided upon confirmation.

Confirmation Email: DO NOT attempt to pick up your order until you have received a "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email. This email will include the full pickup address and available hours.

Processing Time: Orders are usually ready for pickup within 15 business days.

3. National Shipping (Coming Soon)

We recognize that many of our customers are located outside the Sydney area. We are currently finalising competitive shipping rates for our bulky product with specialist freight carriers and aim to offer national shipping across Australia very soon.
